Abstract

|
Three major features of breast disease are mass, pain and nipple discharge. History, physical examination, radiologic study, cytopathologic examination are used for establishment of diagnosis. Though the patients with above features are almost
always
worried about the possibility of malignancy, the incidence of malignancy is low.. The incidences of malignancy are 15.4% of mass(51/331), 5.3% of pain(14/265), 9.5% of nipple discharge(6/63).
